Corporate Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering (CAME) is one of Australia’s premier turnkey aircraft maintenance and modification solution providers supplying high quality aircraft maintenance engineering and fully integrated aircraft Special Mission modification services to a range of Australian customers.
CAME supports all facets of maintenance and modification work to its customers aircraft, including :
a) All Scheduled and Unscheduled airframe, engine, avionic and Special Mission equipment maintenance ;
b) All internal and external modification work required to the aircraft, including Sat Phones, Repaints, Installation of custom avionics such as Flight Management Systems. Special Mission equipment modification including DB110 and Wescam MX20 Electro Optic devices, X band Ingara Radar and Radomes amongst other classified airframe and avionics modifications ;
c) Aircraft pre-purchase inspections, audit all aircraft records and logbooks and carry out Certificate of Airworthiness inspections;
d) Auditing of all maintenance organisations ;
e) Conduct all aircraft modifications in accordance CAR 35 Engineering Orders ;
f) Supply the required engineering staff numbers and carry out training in all licence categories ;
g) Develop and maintain Systems of Maintenance for the aircraft and mission equipment ;
h) Develop and maintain Minimum Equipment Lists for the aircraft and mission equipment ;
i) Supply and maintain all aircraft tooling and ground support equipment ;
j) Carry out all Maintenance Control requirements ;
k) Supply and maintain all technical data to maintain the aircraft ;
l) Supply and administer spare parts to support aircraft operations ; and
m) Conduct weight control of aircraft as required by CAO 100.7.
